Sneaker Watch's Top 35 Kobe Sneakers

When Michael Jordan officially retired from basketball in 2003, a lot of people wondered who would be the new face of the footwear industry. While retro Jordan's at the time still continued to sell, the latest signature models from the Air Jordan line didn't. This void left sneaker companies battling for the new face of the sneaker market. In June 2003 -- less than a month after Jordan's last game in the NBA -- Nike signed Kobe Bryant to a 5 year $45 million contract. The deal came just a few months after Kobe's adidas contract had expired. Eight years later, Kobe Bryant's shoe line is one of the best-selling models for Nike. With seven signature sneakers under Nike and six more with adidas, it was about time that someone went over the best Kobe sneakers of all time.
