Around the beginning of the holiday seasons, many different sneaker brand's tend to release some of their more popular models in conjunction with that particular holiday. And as we approach Christmas, there will surely be a number of kicks designed to go along with the Christmas spirit. But before we reach the end of December, Converse has announced a special release of the Chuck Taylor All Star which will have a deeper meaning in terms of its message. They've gotten together with Brooklyn artist Jose Parla to create this Product Red edition. The campaign is to raise aids awareness in Africa with a portion of the proceeds going to a Global Fund. Only 500 pairs will be released on World Aids Day which is December 1st. So, make sure to get on this in this week. By: Converse
