Kevin Durant's Galaxy Nikes Catapult Him To MVP Honors

The NBA held its annual All-Star Game last night and while Kobe Bryant made history surpassing Michael Jordan on the all time scoring list for the event, it was Kevin Durant who stole the show. Taking home MVP honors, KD would drop 36 points leading the West to victory. Although no direct correlation has been made between his performance and his kicks, we're pretty sure it was his Galaxy Nikes that helped him go up and beyond.
