Judge Orders Reebok to Recall Tim Tebow Attire

Earlier in the year, Nike filed a lawsuit against Reebok in regards to Tim Tebow's name featured on the latter brand's products which is a violation of a 2010 endorsement deal between the new Jets back up QB and Nike. Nike has exclusive merchandising rights to Tebow's name since the company has a licensing agreement with the NFL now. And it has now been reported that a U.S. District judge has ordered Reebok to buy back merchandise bearing Tebow's name from retail stores and ceasing any other production under its control. The Reebok jerseys were sold after the Broncos traded Tebow to the Jets. Do you think this ruling was justified? Let us know.
