Teens Arrested for Cutting Hole in Mall Roof to Steal Jordans

The sneaker game has changed drastically from the mid/late '90s and early '00s. Back then, it was rather simple to cop a pair of Air Jordans but nowadays, crazed consumers will do almost anything to get their hands on the latest Jordan Brand footwear. Reports of violence and arrest also emerge as things get hectic at malls and stores across the country. The most recent incident took place at Greenspoint mall in North Houston after a security guard saw thieves in a Foot Action store early Wednesday morning. He phoned the police and a short while later, John Grant, 19, and another male, 16, were arrested at the scene and another suspect is said to still be on the loose. Is this the new way of combating Nike's "no campout" rule? Let us know what you make of this situation.
