The Nike Roshe Run was easily the brand's most surprising sneaker of 2012. Next year it doesn't look like the silhouette will take any time off as an early image of the follow up model has hit the net. The slightly redesigned look moves the Swoosh to the forefoot while the shape appears slightly modified.
