Nike always has a flare for the dramatic, especially when it comes to making big announcements. Back in February of this year, the company introduced their latest technology known as Flyknit. It would later be applied to their latest running silhouette, appropriately titled the Nike Flyknit. The adidas brand seemed to have the same innovation in mind when they released their Primeknit model, which was similar to that of Nike's running shoe. It was a bit too similar for Nike as they filed an injunction against the three-striped brand in Germany for patent infringement. Nike's filing ceases the production and release of adidas' sneaker. SneakerWatch will keep you posted on this issue. Let us know what you think of the situation.
