This past summer saw several Olympic-styled footwear return to the shelves of our favorite sneaker boutiques in honor of the London games. While Michael Jordan's Olympic 7's were certainly on everyone's radar, his running mate Scottie Pippen also had a much sought after Olympic shoe with his Air More Uptempo joints. Most recently, a HoH-exclusive pair of Uptempos dropped, prompting many to show love for the classic silhouette. We feature that particular pair in this edition of Sneakerhead Sneaker Watch.
The LeBron X made a big impact on the sneaker community with its introductory release last weekend. The "Fireberry" joints can be seen on display this week as those who copped couldn't wait to lace them up. There was also a PE sighting in Ray Allen's 13s which is significant because of the white/black-red AJ 13s rumored to be retro-ing next year. An assortment of Foamposites and Kobe's along with Air Max runners and Air Force 1's complete the large gallery of photos, capping off another strong week for the sneaker community.
