2013 marks the year of the snake on the Chinese Zodiac calendar. Unsurprisingly adidas is kicking off the year right with two reptile skinned versions of the classic Superstar 80's silhouette. Both models are based in a faux snakeskin build with leather and suede constrasts in addition to a jade lacelock which also pays tribute to the culture. Check out the pics of both the red and the traditional grey makeup and be sure to look out for them each on January 15th at select adidas retailers.

these are dope, classics for sure...superstars are so simple and versatile, gotta love the snakeskin, especially on the reds, really pops off
