Last month we presented a look at the special pair of Yeezy 2's Kanye West had donated to aid Hurricane Sandy victims through the New York Cares foundation. While we expected the shoe to draw in high priced bids it took us by a complete surprise when bids reached over $50,000 within a few days of the listing going live. Yesterday the item was officially sold after reaching a whopping $98,900 through eight days. The end price not only makes it the highest priced Yeezy 2 of all time but leaves it as one of the highest grossing single shoes ever.
