Most recently, SneakerWatch provided you with a look at 25 of the best Jordans to keep an eye out for in 2014. While the kicks we showed you will be hold it down for 365 days, the pair we have above will certainly go down as one of the biggest launches if it's set to drop. According to FlightClub.CN, the "Hurrican Katrina" Air Jordan 3s are slated to release on March 8th with a retail price of $170.

For those who are unfamiliar with this pair of 3s, they were initially released through auction-only form to raise money in relief efforts for the victims of Hurricane Katrina but never released to the general public. March 8th, 2014 seems to be the release date of these long-awaited AJ 3s.

With the NBA All-Star Game taking place in New Orleans, these would be an incredibly-fitting release. Let us know what you think of this development and check back with SneakerWatch for more updates.

Update: Above is a possible look at this year's retro edition of the "Hurrican Katrina" Air Jordan 3s from a rear view which shows the Jumpman logo along with red branding around the heel. Continue to stick with SneakerWatch for more updates on this potentially shocking release.
