The Nike Kobe AD has been met with a mix of good and bad reviews in terms of performance. The reconfiguring of the shoe's cushion set up, among other things, have left some wanting more and others completely content. That being said, this is yet another signature Mamba sneaker that kills it on colorways.

The latest we see here is the "Compton" iteration. Immediate reactions might not see a ton of connection between the sneaker and its theme. The shoe sports its usual upper build, adorned in a Light Bone/ Grey mix and featuring splatter patterns from midfoot to forefoot. The heel, for its part, sports an interesting marble aesthetic.

It's not until you get to the insole that you see this iteration stand out, where we see a "City of Compton" graphic.

Due out on April 7th, you can expect to find these at Foot Locker.
