Plot twist... it looks like Big Baller Brand will be represented in NBA 2k18 after all. Lonzo Ball's been in the limelight since his arrival at UCLA where he single-handedly morphed the UCLA Bruins into a NCAA tournament team. He later displayed his talents on an even bigger platform during this year's NBA Summer League which just so happened to be the highest rated Summer League tournament in over a decade. Lonzo's gonna be worthy of watching throughout his rookie season with the Los Angeles Lakers and from the looks of things he and his family are changing the sneaker endorsement pipeline and creating their own lane, so much that even the game designers at Visual Concepts will be including the BBB ZO2 into the latest version of the game dropping this fall.

Earlier this week, we reported the sneaker wasn't going to be in the new NBA 2k18 due to gameplay images revealing Lonzo rocking the Nike Kobe AD instead of his prized Big Baller Brand performance sneakers. After the leaked images gained traction, the official NBA 2k Twitter account thought it would be a good idea to clear the air and let basketball and sneaker enthusiasts know that the kicks will be available in the game in the following statement, 'We're excited to announce the @bigballerbrand shoes will debut in & be laced up on @ZO2_ at NBA Season Tip-Off!'

Welp, that airs cleared. We still have a feeling we'll be seeing Lonzo rock whatever his heart desires throughout the season because... that's what Big Baller's do. Let us know if looking forward to the release of NBA 2k18 coming September 19th in the comment section below.
