June 14, 1998, Michael Jordan solidified his argument for the greatest of all time after hitting a game-winning jump shot to secure his sixth and final ring over the Utah Jazz. Mike's sneaker of choice was the Air Jordan XIV in a very recognizable 'Bred' color scheme which has become an official sneaker grail and known as the 'Last Shot' colorway throughout the years. With it being the sneaker's 20th year anniversary, you'll get the opportunity to get your hands on a pair this summer.
The Ferrari-inspired sneaker takes on the aesthetic of the luxury sports car and features black ribbed, perforated and embroidered side panels, suede paneling that hits the toebox of the sneaker, Ferrari-inspired Jumpman logos, 'Fire Red' accents, stabilizing midfoot shanks, and a herringbone textured rubber outsole for on-court performance.
According to sneaker leaker, @DJFolk, the Air Jordan XIV 'Last Shot' will be dropping come June 16th for a retail price tag of $190. The last time we've seen the kicks hit shelves was in 2011, so it's about time the masses re-up on a fresh pair of the legendary kicks.
