Kanye was seen rocking a pair of white cement 4s some time in the past which came as a surprise to everyone. Not much of a surprise as to the fact that Kanye was the person wearing them but the fact that they are so fresh for a sneaker that dropped back in 1999. They dropped earlier in the year and were one of the more sough after retros of early 2012.
