The Orlando Magic had one of the best one-two combinations in Shaq and Penny during the 1990s. They could have certainly used a tandem like that at the beginning of that decade when they only posted an 18 win season.

They have the year next to the team name of which year they sucked!! This obviously is not updated cus most of these teams are in the playoffs....clearly not sucking.Lol
