The Atlanta Hawks have been a rather consistent playoff team over the past few NBA seasons due to the max contract signing of Joe Johnson and a core set of athletes that work right together. But in the middle of the decade, Atlanta's home team were consistently at the bottom of the pile and in 04-05, they hit their losing pinnacle with a record of 13-69.
