Even though the Denver Nuggets were able to draft and groom one of the best scorers the league has today in Carmelo Anthony, they weren't able to move out of the first round of the playoffs. But before the Melo era, they were an even worst team and in the 97-98, the Nuggets also made history when they posted a terrible record of 12-70.
