General release and limited edition sneakers receive a custom edition more often than not nowadays. But it's not typical at all to see a custom of a custom. That's what designer Niftnif did when he based his LeBron 9 low design called "LeBronold Palmer Pink Lemonade" off of Mache's "LeBronold Palmer" version.
