#15 Nike Shox BB4

If you don't recognize the Nike Shox BB4 then you should at least remember Vince Carter's infamous dunk over the 7-foot-2 French center Frederic Weis in the 2000 Olympics. Carter's insane leaping ability wasn't due to the Shox technology but it's exactly what Nike wanted you to believe. The BB4 was designed to let its innovation do the talking. Aside from its space suit inspired upper it was the "Shox" on the heel which made it a truly remarkable design. Although no longer a modern technology Shox were the forefront for a variety of Nike's sneakers throughout the 2000's.
